Born and raised in the quiet artistic atmosphere of the Netherlands, and shaped by the modern currents of Seattle, Aurora Moore founded The Laurel Society on May 18, 2018. With a deep mastery of Fashion Design and the precise logic of a Finance minor, she built a house where beauty is engineered as carefully as it is imagined.
Dutch rigour and an obsession with proportion are translated into exact cutting formulas, while a financier’s insight keeps the atelier balanced between practical wear and quiet nobility. In her eyes, the “laurel” each client has earned deserves to be shaped — once, and uniquely.

The 4th Avenue atelier offers a level of discretion and quiet grandeur that is genuinely rare. From the first measurement to the final fitting, the fabric falls against the body like a second skin.
The fit is so precise it disappears — you simply become more yourself. My boardroom and evening wardrobes now speak one coherent language.
